From the Fishing Grounds.

Boston, Sept. 10th.-A correspondent of the Boston Atlas writes that the English cutter Netis continues to annoy the American fishermen. On the 20th the Netley boarded the schrs. Poland and Leader, both of Lubec, between the Camp Bells and Grand Menan Fishing grounds, and after a searching investigation endorsed on their license, "found under suspicious circumstances." The Commander of the Netley told the Captain that he observed the Yankee papers had stated that there would be no more trouble to fishing vessels, but he would like to know where they got their information as he intended to act in future as he had heretofore
