If we may depend upon Letters from the Hague, the Intrigues of the Jesuits, produced, against the Sense of both Nations, the Rupture between Great Britain and Spain, by the Assistance of 2 Italian Ministers. The same Advices say, that the French are again resolved to demand a Peace, and to make yet greater Concessions than were offered by Mr. de Busey. It is said that two Negotiations for raising Money have failed, the Dealers in that Commodity at Amsterdam being unwilling to accept a Mortgage of the Revenues of Countries that may very possibly change their Proprietors. The Czar has declared he will respect the Liberties of the Free Cities of Lubeck and Hamburg. The Swedes and the Poles will embrace the new Russian System; and it is thought the Court of Vienna will concur with that of Versailles in assisting the Crown of Denmark.
