MANASSAS GAP R. R.—The Register announces with inexpressible pleasure that the transfer of the Manassas Gap Railroad to the Orange and Alexandria Railroad Company has been consummated, and the contracting for the building of the bridge and laying of ties, &c., from Piedmont to Strasburg, and from Strasburg to Mt. Jackson, will be at once entered into. It is expected that the Road will be completed to Mt. Jackson certainly by the 1st of December, and, if possible, to Kratzer's—six miles from Harrisonburg.
