GARRISON WAS RUSHED TO JAIL

Defense's Objection to Senators on Sulzer Jury Trial Not Successful.

Albany, N. Y., Sept. 20.--The attorneys of Governor Sulzer challenged Senators Frawley, Ramsperger, Sander and Wagner as being prejudiced against the governor. The court overruled the objections and they were passed.

Assemblyman Garrison was arrested today and rushed to the penitentiary, where he is held on the charge of contempt of court for refusing to furnish information to the judiciary committee.

The case is attracting worldwide attention and interesting developments are looked for at any time.
