The Proposed Billiard Tournament

The proposition to have a world's championship billiard match at Albaugh's during drill week, May 23, is meeting with desired encouragement. The fact that Schaefer, Sexton and Daly will enter, with possibly Eugene Carter of Chicago, is sufficient guarantee that the match will be worth witnessing. Mr. Kidder, who is backing the enterprise, purposes arranging a separate place for ladies and their escorts. There is little question but that the match would be in every way a success
