TEMPLE BAPTIST

The baby contest, sponsored by the Sunday School, came off Monday evening, and was a successful affair. Mrs. Augusta Newbold, superintendent, presided at the program which was quite interesting. Baby Mobley won first prize. Baby Cole, second; Baby Newbold, third; and Baby Bryant, fourth. Congratulations to the parents and others who showed such a fine spirit of cooperation.

Saturday, July 4, the Willing Workers' Club will serve dinner at the church, beginning at high noon. One of the items on the menu is the old time "Crab and Rice." You are invited.

The first Sunday services will be as usual: Covenant meeting in the morning and the Lord's Supper during the evening. The 3:30 p.m. the Willing Workers' Club will have the monthly program. Members and friends are requested to be present.

The Improved Pall Bearers' Lodge will assemble at Temple on Sunday afternoon, July 12. An impressive program is promised.
