We hear from Springfield, that notwithstanding a Hospital has been provided for the Sick Soldiers in the Pay of this Province, with every necessary Accommodation, where they would be attended by Gentlemen of the best Skill, many of them have been so foolish and obstinate as to persist in a Resolution of getting home sick as they were, but in this Attempt have been stopped by their Sickness at Green Bush, where Numbers have died; and Numbers now lay sick, destitute of that Help, and those Necessaries and Conveniences which they had so foolishly and obstinately refused.
