END OF SESSION BY AUGUST 15

WASHINGTON, D. C., July 26. Democrats here today are practically unanimous in the belief that last night's caucus forecasts an adjournment of congress by August 15 at the latest.

At the caucus the house democrats overwhelmingly rejected the plan to continue tariff revision at the present session. The senate democrats were divided on the wool bill, and it is predicted that the Underwood and LaFollette bills both will be rejected at the final vote on them in the senate tomorrow.

The democratic senators will hold another caucus tonight.
