Later from California.

Fort Kearney, Nov. 19. — The Pony Express, from San Francisco, bringing the usual San Francisco papers of October 25th, has arrived.

The returns stand as follows:

Lincoln 20,000; Douglas 20,000; Breckinridge 4,600

The chances of the Legislature are in favor of a Douglas Senator to succeed Senator Gwin.

[SECOND DISPATCH]

The above gives the vote as first received, but the vote is not entire, as the last dispatch says that in 90,000 votes Lincoln was 200 ahead, and they expected to carry the State.

Lincoln's vote surprised politicians generally, as Latham was considered to have the best chance.

The argument of the Almaden case had been closed.

The impression the case was that the Federal judges of the Supreme Court would disagree and throw the case into the Circuit Court.

The accounts from Oregon show that the prospects were fair for Lincoln carrying the State.

The people's reform ticket for municipal officers of San Francisco is probably elected. The city gave Lincoln 3,000 majority.

New York, Nov. 19. - A special dispatch to the Post from the secretary of the California Republican State Committee brought by the overland California express, says that in 90,000 votes Lincoln was 200 ahead, and they expected to carry the State.
