The steamer Canada has arrived with Liverpool dates to the 26th ult.
The Canada brings eighty-three passengers.
The steamer City of Manchester sailed from Liverpool on Wednesday, for Philadelphia, with ninety passengers and a good freight.
The Arctic arrived at Liverpool on the morning of Wednesday.
The Cambria arrived out on Sunday forenoon.
The Canada exchanged signals with the Asia on Saturday, off Holyhead.
The proceedings of Parliament are unimportant.
The India mails had arrived at Marseilles; news unimportant.
