Baltimore, Nov. 7.—The brig Vigid, Hill, in 40 days from Oporto, brings no papers or letters. The French were said to be about 15 leagues from Oporto and between Lord Wellington and Lisbon. The two armies, 130,000 strong each, were in sight of each other and the English would be forced to give battle in order to procure a retreat, an event which was daily expected. A visit from the French was expected at Oporto, which produced considerable sensation and induced capt.
