STEAM BOAT MALSHAM.

On Tuesday morning, this fine vessel arrived, crowded with soldiers and other passengers. Curious to know the number on board, we made enquiry of an officer of the 10th regt. who told us that the whole of the battalion came up, which, with officers, non-commissioned officers, privates, women and children, amounted to about 850 persons.-- Besides those, there were of settlers and other private passengers on board, to the number of eighty more. The Malsham had all the baggage attached to each individual of the 10th regt. and a considerable quantity of goods shipped by the merchants of Quebec.
