Joseph Moses, Buffalo, New York, who had been indicted by the Ottawa County grand jury and pleaded guilty when arraigned in Common Pleas Court on charges of maliciously and unlawfully entering the C. E. Williamson grocery last fall, was sentenced to serve an indeterminate period in the Ohio State Reformatory at Mansfield Friday when he was taken before Judge Tom Stahl.
Moses was one of the two Buffalo men arrested by local police in connection with the grocery burglary. He was taken to Mansfield by Sheriff Merlan Budd Tuesday forenoon.
