WILMINGTON, (Delaware) July 4.

Mess'rs. Craig and Co.

Please to inform the publick (millers in particular) that it is expected the British parliament is about to pass an act, intitled, 'an act for the encouragement of manufacturing flour in the West Indies.'-American Flour will be prohibited; rum will be bartered for wheat and corn, from the manufacturing of which the planters promise themselves great advantages, as they with a small additional expense, can add the machinery to their present wind mills without any additional expense, to their cane grinding.

Thus far we are assured, that a gentleman from one of those islands of respectable character, has lately paid us a visit on no other business than to make his observation on an American mill.
