Housing Authority Invites Bids For New Development

The Housing Authority of the town of Putnam this week advertised that it will receive sealed bids for the construction of certain houses to be located on property adjoining Eden Street in Putnam. Bids will be received up until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 1949 at the Municipal Building.

Putnam. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it seems in the best interest of the owner to do so.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Architect. Chandler & Palmer, 113 Thayer Building, Norwich.
