In an arrival at the south ward, from Lisbon,
bringing dates to the 13th February, Mr. Tazewell,
late Secretary to the Hon. Mr. Gerry, came passenger.
By him we learn, that the King of Naples, having
secured his family at Palermo, was about to return
to Capua, and again put himself at the head of his
army, to rescue his country from French rapacity.
Some accounts added, that he had actually rejoined
his army, and had executed exemplary punishment
on some of his officers, for treachery and cowardice.
