BENEFIT WHIST GIVEN BY
MR. AND MRS. CHASE

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Chase of
Walnut street entertained ten tables
at straight whist and bridge last Friday
evening for the benefit of Mizpah
Lodge, I. O. O. F., of this city. Mrs.
Mary Young was the winner of the ladies'
first prize at bridge and the consolation
went to Miss Edna Morrarty; first prize
for men was won by Fred Card and Clifford
L. Adams received the consolation award.
At plain whist, Eugene Keene won the
men's first prize and Mrs. Wallace Aldrich
the ladies'. Arthur Tourtellotte and Mrs.
Mary Tourtellotte were given consolation
prizes.
Following the card playing, refreshments
were served by the hostess, assisted by
Mrs. Waldo Chase.
