MEXICAN ON TRIAL IN ATTACK CASE

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 12. (U.P.)

Jesus Orozco, one of two Mexicans accused of attacking two Glendale sisters, went on trial today in superior court after the state succeeded in securing separate trials for the men.

It was indicated by questions asked prospective jurors that Orozco will attempt to prove he was in another part of the city on the night of the attack and that Dorothy and Thelma Ungehauer, assault victims, mistakenly identified them.

Salome Morales, the second Mexican, will go on trial after Orozco's case is finished.
