VILLARD BILLIARD ROOM
HAS CHANGED HANDS

A deal was closed Monday whereby E. D. Ziner takes over the Villard billiard parlors located in the Villard hotel building, formerly owned by C. PaMillere. Mr. Ziner took immediate possession and has retained Fred Kennedy as his assistant. Mr. Miller is retiring from the business and Mr. Ziner purchased the equipment.

Mr. Ziner has been a resident of the city for several months and occupies the Rolsom property opposite the court house. He has been engaged in a general insurance business since moving from Taylor and formerly resided with his father Raul Ziner on the Ziner ranch in Dunn county.
