HANOVER, July 4.

The administrator general of Forests citizen Chauvet, arrived here on the 27th ult. with several French foresters--The object of his mission, it is said, is to select from our forests the oaks and other trees fit for the use of the French navy, and to cause them to be conveyed to France. Citizen Dierbach, ci-devant administrator-general of the conquered countries on the left bank of the Rhine, and now commissioner of government to the executive consul of the College of Government; he has given orders that there shall be formed an exact list of all the buildings belonging to the electorate domains, which will be afterwards publicly sold.
