Boy Put in Jail

Charged With Throwing Rock on Top of Gospel Tent in Sweet Hill Suburbs

Bernie Morris was arrested about eleven o'clock last night near the plant of the Arkadelphia Milling Company where it is alleged he had been chased after disturbing religious worship at an Apostolic tent in Sweet Hill earlier in the evening. Deputy Sheriff M. G. Winburn made the capture. It is charged by people at the tent that Morris threw a rock on top of the tent. Morris is only about seventeen years of age. His hearing is set for Monday in Justice of the Peace Asa Townsent's court.
