WARNING TO MUTINEERS.

A Naval Court Martial consisting of Capt C. G. Ridgely, President, Captain Spence, Lieut. G Budd, Lieut E. W. McCall, & Lt. D. Taylor, & J. S. Skinner, Esq. Judge Advocate, has been held on board the United States' frigate Java, by order of hon. Secretary of the Navy, for the trial of thirteen of the crew of the letter of marque Vixen, of New York, (which came into Baltimore) on the charge of mutiny, preferred against them by Captain Risbrough.

The prisoners were all sentenced to forfeit all their pay, prize money and emoluments, and all except one boy to receive fifty lashes each.
