From the Baltimore American.

The anniversary of the birth day of Napoleon, (15th of August) was celebrated at the Union Coffee House, in Water-street, by those brave French officers who have remained faithful to him. A number of toasts were drank on the occasion, among which were the following:

France, our country—May she gain again the great man, by whom she was once commanded, and revenge herself on the insults which she has received.

Napoleon the Great—May the last drop of our blood serve to re-establish him to the French people.

Napoleon the Second, his son, and the hope of France.

Eugene Napoleon, a great captain.

Maria Louisa, wife of Napoleon.

The brave generals Drouet, Berirand, Cambronne, and all other superior officers who have been faithful to their oath.

The memory of General Washington—Great by his virtues and his actions.

The President of the United States.

The brave citizens of this country, who so generously gave an asylum to the unhappy Frenchmen obliged to fly from the destroying hand of the family of the Bourbons.

Our companions in arms who are groaning under the irons of tyrants.

Destruction to the infamous inventor of the infernal machine.

Mortal hatred to the British government, which, by its gold and its intrigue, gained the sovereigns of Europe, and caused the loss of our dear country.

General La Fayette.

The brave British officers who saved Lavalette from the scaffold.

Lord Holland, one of the most zealous patriots.

Some patriotic discourses were delivered, and each toast was followed by a song of patriotism and energy.

The dinner was finished by giving the following toast:

Our brethren Freemasons extended over the two hemispheres.
