Centennial Gulch on Ten Mile—Five Cents to the Pan.

This is the name given to a Gulch but recently discovered by Thomas Connor and others. It is on Ten Mile, and lies between Hartwell's and the Walker mill. Thus far the prospects show five cents to the pan. Three feet is the distance to bed-rock. Claims were staked yesterday, and next Wednesday has been fixed upon as representation day. The claims above the discovery, are 200 feet in length, while those below are 100 feet. The Gulch is one mile in length. The greater portion of this gulch, was formerly occupied as a ranch by parties who left for the Black Hills, this spring. It is claimed by several that this, the Centennial Gulch, will prove to be a rich one. We hope so.
