Removal of Judge Loring.
The Know-Nothing Legislature of
Massachusetts have passed a resolu-
tion, requesting the Governor of that
State, to remove Judge Loring from
the office of Judge, which will no
doubt be done. Thus will another
dark act be consummated, for no other
reason than this pure jurist was true
to the Constitution and the South.
This act of treason and outrage de-
mands the execrations of every friend
of the Constitution and the Union.
Folly and fanaticism is now trium-
phant in Massachusetts.
