From New Mexico.—A despatch from Louisville states that the Santa Fe mail reached Independence on the 23d inst. Accompanying it was Messrs Sanford, Cranston, Dunn and Stewart, of the Boundary Commission. Col Sumner had reached Santa Fe and has made many changes; the headquarters were removed to Moro; posts have been established on Rio St Juan, and Valverde Bottoms, while several others have been broken up. Mr Weightman had been appointed Delegate to Congress. Col Sumner was getting up a Navajo expedition. Business prospects were dull.
