We learn from the Louisiana Advertiser, that a vessel called the Montezuma, commanded by a notorious pirate, is now cruising off the coast of Texas, purporting to be a Mexican national vessel. "The schr Columbia, under Mexican colors, from New Orleans to Brazoria, and schr Martha, under Mexican colors, have both been seized by this pirate and nominally ordered to Vera Cruz—but as the passengers were landed on the coast of Texas, without their baggage, the vessels will, it is probable, be stranded there."
