PROMINENT MEN ILL IN HOSPITAL

L. I. Martin, of Local Food Board, and A. B. Johnson.

Mr. L. I. Martin, a prominent wholesale merchant and member of the local Food Board, was admitted to the City Hospital for treatment.

Mr. Alger B. Johnson, who resides at the corner of High and Burke streets, was also admitted. Mr. Johnson is a well known Baltimore and Ohio train baggagemaster. He has been ill for some time at his home.

Mrs. Stella Mallow, of Petersburg, W. Va., who was operated on, was dismissed.
