Sentence against Sepahis, of the 35th regiment, which mutinied at Burdowa, and was sent to Berhambore to be tried and executed. 7th May.

Emtongh Sing Subadar, 1st battalion, 35th regiment of Seapoys, brought into Court, and charged with mutiny, of which he is acquitted--But the Court find him guilty of exciting the Seapoys to mutiny which being a breach of the third article of the second section of the articles of war, they do adjudge him, and he is hereby adjudged, to be blown from a gun, in front of all the troops at Berhampore.

Several other officers shared a similar fate for the same crime.
