The following extract of a letter from a brother in the West, shows the right spirit. "I am happy to say that once more I am in the Itinerant harness, and by God's gracious help I mean to labour in the Itinerant field until I can work no more. How I deplore the loss of three years during which I have been located:—how grieved that I obeyed man rather than God. Were it to be done again, it now seems to me I would beg my way from house to house, and preach Christ crucified, sooner than spend the miserable life I have led during my location. I have a mission to the coloured people in West Tennessee. I have 20 appointments in three weeks, and preach to about 2000 souls during the round. Pray that I may be instrumental in the salvation of many of these."
