No Decision in the Atchison Case.
TOPEKA, Kan., November 30. -- The decision in the Atchison receivership case was not handed down this morning, as was anticipated, by Judge Foster, in the federal court. He has extended an invitation to Judge Thayer to sit with him on the case, and the latter will not reach Topeka until noon to-morrow, so the decision will be delayed.
Judge Thayer has, however, notified Judge Foster of his acceptance of the invitation, and will arrive here to-morrow. The case will have to be argued over again, and the decision may be delayed several days.
