LONDON, October 20.

His Majesty has been pleased to constitute and appoint Sir John Stanley, Sir John Evelyn, Barts. John Campbell, Brian Fairfax, John Hill, Gwyn Vaughan, George Ross, Wardell, George Westby, Esqs. Sir Robert Baylis, Knt. Sir Robert Corbet, Richard Chandler, Beaumont Hotham, Richard Somers, and Collin Campbell, Esqs. Commissioners of his Majesty's Customs; the Four last in the Room of Sir Charles Peers, deceased, Sir James Campbell, Bart. George Drummond, and Edward Trelawney, Esqs. who have resigned.
