Property Sales.—Messrs. Green and Wise, real estate agents and auctioneers, sold to-day by public auction the brick building on Fairfax street, now occupied by the Adams Express Company, to T. A. Waters for $7,161. They also sold by auction a lot of ground near the icehouses, at the upper end of Washington street to E. C. Atwell for $105.

Messrs. Beck, Knox and Kirby, real estate agents and auctioneer, sold to-day by auction, two frame dwellings on the east side of Fairfax street, near the corner of Franklin, to George W. Brent for $100. The same firm sold a bake house, at the foot of Fairfax street, for $70.
