Virginia Delegation in Congress. The Richmond Whig states, that of the new delegation in Congress, Messrs Gordon, Patton, Gholson, Randolph, Davenport and Taylor are Radical anti-Proclamationists ; Messrs Allen, Mercer, Moore and Wilson are Proclamationists ; Messrs Archer, Mason, Loyall and Lucas are anti-Proclamationists, but decided Jacksonians; Messrs Stevenson. Chinn, Beale, Fulton, McComas and Claiborne are Jackson men: and Mr Wise, though he disapproves of the proclamation in part, is eminently Jacksonian.
