The Presidency.

In a letter dated London, June 12th, addressed to the people Massachusetts, Mr. Webster withdraws his name as a candidate for the office of President at the next election. The Whig field is now open for Mr. Clay and Gen. Harrison--the former will doubtless receive the nomination of the convention, but it is doubted whether the friends of the latter will consent to withdraw his name.
