Dublin, Oct. 25.-Upon his arrival at Ballina, county Mayo, Mr. Balfour, chief secretary of Ireland, making a tour of the western counties, was met by Miss Balfour and Lieut. Col. Sir J. West, of Ridgeway, under secretary for Ireland. There was quite a crowd at the railway station, but no demonstration was made. The party entered a carriage and were driven to the residence of the Most Rev. Hugh Conway, D.D., Catholic Bishop Killala, with whom Balfours had a long conference, in the presence of a number of priests. The party subsequently proceeded to Killala en route to Belmont, where they will remain over Sunday.
