NEWPORT, (Rhode Island) October 17.

We have received the following Intelligence from the Master of a Vessel who left Amsterdam the 25th of July: That the Day he left that Place, a Courier from his Prussian Majesty to the Court of Great-Britain, brought Advice, that he had obtained a complete Victory over Count Daun; had taken 30,000 Prisoners, among whom was the Field Marshal Count Daun, and killed 13,000: That the above Account was published at the Stadt House in Amsterdam and that the Courier proceeded directly for London.
