LONDON, Nov. 20. (UP)—Swiss dispatches quoted a Berlin report Monday as saying that thousands of anti-Nazi posters forecasting an early end of the war had been scattered through the streets of the German capital.

Exchange Telegraph advices said Berlin police offered a reward of 10,000 marks for information leading to the arrest of persons responsible for the distribution of posters which said:

"The war soon will be over. The defenders of democracy and humanity are approaching the Ruhr, thus depriving the Nazi criminals of their last means of warfare. This is the best news for all peace-loving and righteous people."

Other reports of mounting unrest in Germany coincident with the Allied grand offensive included a news chronicle dispatch quoting a Dutchman who reached the Allied lines as saying that Adolf Hitler is in Tokyo to try to induce Japan to attack Russia from the east in order to ease the pressure on Germany.

The News Chronicle said the Dutchman was fresh from Rotterdam and reported that the account of Hitler's visit to Tokyo was circulating there. Similar speculation arose last week after Hitler had failed to speak on the anniversary of the Munich beer cellar putsch.
