A Strike in Lincoln County.

Last week, in the Silver King property, forty-five miles northwest from Pioche, there was uncovered an ore body nine feet in width that proves to be the richest find ever known in that part of the State, and one of the richest ever known in the country. The find was made in running a crosscut. It first opened out on top of an apex like the letter A, and at the distance of eight feet widened to nine feet. The ore looked like black sulphurets, but it was in such large quantities that it was not thought possible it could be such. A sample of the ore showed returns of 16,520 ounces of silver to the ton, an unparalleled find. As soon as the news become current a stampede occurred for the district. About 100 pounds of the ore is on exhibition in the stores at Pioche.
