A GENTLEMAN, lately arrived here from London, gives us the following Intelligence, which may be relied on. When the Boston Bills were passing, a great Number of Members of Parliament, in the Pay of the Ministry, were so conscious of the Injustice of them that they deserted the House. Mr. Rigby, a Veteran in the Service of the Ministry, stepped forth upon that Occasion, and after rallying his little Squadron of Borough Members, prevailed upon them to return to the House, by assuring them that as soon as the Americans were humbled they would relieve England of her Burthens, by taxing America to some Purpose.
