The editor of this paper, when at the Steubenville court last week, witnessed the procession of the Washingtonians (and we suppose Martha Washington too). The procession was accompanied by a band of music, and flags, and banners of various descriptions, together with the Sunday School scholars of the various schools of Steubenville with their Teachers, male and female, banners, &c. The whole made an imposing appearance; and, the enthusiasm displayed on the occasion, reminded us, to some extent, of the great Whig rally held there in 1840. We attended the meeting at Stokely's grove, and suppose there must have been 2500 persons present. The Rev. A. Campbell, of the Disciples Church, addressed the people. We heard only a part of the discourse, but, to say that it was able, is only to say that Bishop Campbell made it.
