The Philadelphia Aurora of the 24th ult. contains several extracts of letters from Lancaster, narrating a high-handed fracas in the Legislature of Pennsylvania, occasioned by a motion of Dr. Logan to adjourn the House when a federal Member was speaking.-The member, Mr. Fisher, thus insulted, called the Doctor a puppy, after the House had adjourned: and the Doctor returned the compliment by calling Fisher a scoundrel. On this Mr. Fisher struck the Doctor; and a personal contest, in the style of the French Convention, ensued; in which Doctor Logan, and a Mr. Wilson, both democratic members, were much injured.

As no manner of reliance can be placed on the Aurora account of the transaction, we must wait a short time for a just description of another "blessing of governor M'Kean's administration."
