We find the vote of both our Senators recorded with the President after his return of the Frederick bill, against that measure—Mr. Rowan as well as Mr. Bibb! Mr. Rowan, who last fall said to a gentleman high in office in this State, that he must not be surprised if he saw him in less than six months, more opposed to this administration than to the last!
