Miss Martha Fowlkes, the Tennessee
reader and impersonator, will give
a recital here next Monday night in
the University of Missouri auditorium.
The recital will be held under the auspices
of the Alpha Phi Sigma, the
senior women's organization.
Miss
Fowlkes has held the chair of expression
in Virginia College, Roanoke, Va.:
Peace Institute, Raleigh, N. C.:
Searcy
(Ark.)
Institute,
and
the
Dayton
(Ohio) Conservatory of Music.
Miss Fowlkes'
interpretive powers
