Mexican President Wants to Forestall Aerial Bombardments in Future

MEXICO CITY, April 15.-President Lazaro Cardenas today urged the American Nations to unite in a pact of honor for "suppression of aerial bombardments and other means of chemical warfare in the event that some day a scourge might disturb the harmony of Nations on the Western Hemisphere."

The proposal has been addressed to all of the American nations and also to the Board of Pan-American Union, now in session in Washington, D. C.
