WASHINGTON, Aug. 28—Congressional leaders in both the Senate and House of Representatives of all parties say that the definite and positive policy of President Wilson toward Mexico will have the effect of staving any open criticism of the administration, and that it will still any further demands for information. The tendency everywhere is to approve of the President's course. It is generally admitted that he has taken a stand that is firm and in keeping with the dignity of the Nation of which he is at the head.
