New-Orleans, May 5.
"By the Agenoria, I send you a file of papers containing little of interest. Our legislature has adjourned. The letter of Champagny has excited great indignation amongst the real Americans here; to the French adherents it is a pleasing circumstance that French insolence passes unrevenged, scarcely noticed by our government. Of Gen. Moreau, suspicions are entertained; but probably of these you know as much in the Atlantic states as we do."
