Foreign Intelligence.

NORFOLK, Sept. 19.

The report stated in our last, to be brought by the Leonidas in thirty-five days from Liverpool, threw some doubt, in the opinion of many, upon our intelligence received by the Rolla. For our own parts we were inclined to place full confidence in the latter, which will stand unimpeached, when we inform our readers that the Leonidas sailed from Liverpool on the 22d of July, and was of course not so late as the Rolla by eleven days. This information as to the sailing of the Leonidas, we derive from Capt. Hoole, of the ship Laura, arrived yesterday from Liverpool, who sailed after that ship.
