Arrest of a Fiend.

Philadelphia, Oct. 30.-Casper Younger, an elderly man, will have a hearing this afternoon upon the charge of attempting to murder his wife and son, son's wife and two children. Friday night, by throwing a lead pipe loaded with powder bullets, scraps of iron and broken glass through the window into the room where they were sitting. The pipe exploded, but by a miracle, no one was injured. Younger's wife had left him, and taken refuge with her son. Corresponding materials were found in a barn where Younger slept.
