Red Cross Slates Institute Here On Disaster Work

Edward Bayly, disaster chairman for the Key West chapter of the American Red Cross, announces the chapter will hold a Disaster Institute here on August 19.

The general public is invited and special invitations will be issued to representatives from city, state, federal government agencies and to all community groups such as civic clubs.

The program will be under the leadership of southeastern area representatives and promises to be very educational.
